Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Manager with expertise in tax
provision and compliance for a multinational consolidated
group.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely filing of U.S. federal, international,
state, and local income and franchise tax returns
Assist in preparation and review of global income tax provision and
related disclosures, including analysis of uncertain tax
positions
Coordinate transfer pricing processes and manage external providers
to ensure compliance with local foreign income tax laws
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of income tax provision and compliance
experience
CPA certification
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
Strong sense of ownership and initiative
Project management skills to meet tight deadlines
