Key Responsibilities
Incubate and grow the business from inception
Build and manage dedicated teams across Marketing, Operations, and
Product/Engineering
Develop the marketplace by acquiring supply and demand while
enhancing user experience
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in startup leadership, strategy consulting,
business operations, or product management
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in scaling new businesses
or services
Proven ability to oversee multiple cross-functional teams
Preferred experience with payer/provider business models and
marketplace development
Data-driven with a track record of driving business growth
