Job Description:
A company is looking for a General Ledger Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a complete and accurate general ledger
Perform complex accounting activities related to property
accounting and operating expense recovery
Utilize Yardi software for accounting functions
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant accounting experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Yardi software is a must
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
Knowledge of property accounting, including office tower and retail
experience
