Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Administration Adjunct
Instructor.
Key Responsibilities
Teach synchronous online courses and organize instruction to
maximize student engagement
Develop and align course materials with college standards,
including assessments and instructional materials
Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and college
policies while promoting collaboration with staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is
required
At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field or 2 years of
teaching experience
Preferred industry certifications in business analysis, project
management, or related areas
Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for
college-level courses is preferred
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in higher
education
