Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for the organization and oversee the
Homes for Iowa program
Execute and update the strategic plan while growing home sales to
maximize the organizational mission
Develop annual budgets, financial strategies, and create
fundraising strategies aligned with the organization's
objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or associate's degree from an accredited
post-secondary institution
Management level/director experience in business or nonprofit
management and supervision of employees
Understanding of public/non-profit administration and
private/public partnerships
Experience in the housing industry, including construction,
development, and finance
Experience in fundraising and financial analysis
