Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a global support team, ensuring efficient
operations and high client satisfaction
Develop and implement a comprehensive global support strategy
aligned with business objectives
Oversee project execution and client relationships, ensuring timely
resolution of issues and adherence to SLAs
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in technical support leadership, preferably
in educational technology
Proven track record of managing global support operations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
preferred
Demonstrated ability to analyze support metrics and implement
improvements
Experience in managing distributed teams across multiple time
zones
