A company is looking for an Agricultural Change Management
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support change management strategies through stakeholder engagement
and communication plans
Assess change impacts and execute business readiness interventions
based on analysis
Coordinate training programs and track adoption metrics to evaluate
change effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of transformational change management experience,
preferably in agriculture
Formal change management training (e.g., Prosci or ACMP
certification)
Experience with change management principles and methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and virtual
collaboration tools
