Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retention Manager to develop and
implement strategies for player retention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop data-driven retention strategies and analyze player
behavior to personalize offers
Design automated retention campaigns and optimize loyalty programs
for long-term player engagement
Track retention KPIs and present insights to the leadership team
using analytics tools
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in player retention and lifecycle
marketing
Deep understanding of CRM & Marketing Automation tools
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Power BI, Mixpanel, and
Amplitude
Experience in designing and managing loyalty programs and
promotions
Experience in the iGaming or fintech gaming industries
