Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Improvement to
oversee and manage the quality improvement program.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze reports, records, and directives for quality
improvement functions
Collaborate with staff and departments to gather data and ensure
compliance with government requirements
Evaluate and implement improved procedures to meet quality
standards and monitor costs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of clinical, quality management, or healthcare-related
experience
1 year of recent quality improvement and supervisory experience in
a healthcare environment
Current state registered nursing license preferred
Certification in quality improvement or related fields may be
required in certain states
