The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement subscription metrics, design reports, and deliver technical requirements for enterprise-wide reporting platforms. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that they are delivered on time.Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively in defining subscription metrics and work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their reporting needs and design solutions that meet their requirements.
• Manage technical requirements for reporting cross-functionally, including data mapping, data quality, data governance, and documentation.
• Develop and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and increase efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure successful project delivery.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, focus on finance systems or reporting a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS reporting principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects across the enterprise simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data modeling a plus.
