  Compensation & Benefits
  Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,526.00
  Taxable Pay: $1,280.00 per week
  Per Diem (Lodging & Meals): $1,246.00 per week
  What We're Looking For
  License: Active VA RN License or Compact RN License
  Certifications: AHA BLS (American Heart Association)
  Experience:
  2+ years of RN experience required
  Behavioral Health & Geriatric experience required
  Psychiatric and/or Med-Surg experience preferred
  Skills: Strong clinical problem-solving, patient management, and communication skills
  Travel Experience: Not required
  COVID-19 Vaccine: No longer required
  What to Expect
  Patient Population: About 50% psychiatric and 50% neurocognitive disorders with behavioral disturbances
  Forensic Patients: Approximately 10% of the population
  Patient Ratios:
  RN: 1:34 (Long-Term Unit) / 1:19 (Admission Unit)
