  • Ratios: 1:2-3 (Ratios will be appropriate to skill level and acuity during required float)

        • Diagnoses include: acute ventilator need, COVID+ with high O2 demand, DKA, severe sepsis, unstable GI bleed, trauma cases, open heart recovery, TAVR recovery, s/p code blue, multi system organ failure, need for CRRT.
          • Additional Details
          • Required for all candidates. Must include front and back copy.
          • Candidates working driving positions require physical driver's license front and back copy. Must be valid VA driver's license.
          • Supply chain techs require a valid VA driver's license.
