Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to focus on
hiring efforts for dermatology practices nationally.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates using various job boards and methods
on a national basis
Screen and interview candidates, documenting findings for hiring
managers
Develop job descriptions and extend verbal offers while serving as
a liaison to practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
2-3 years' experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems; SmartRecruiters is
a plus
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of different sourcing methods and popular job boards
