Overview:Kings Dominion's Live Entertainment department is now looking for an experienced and high energy individual to become a part of our team! This position would be responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of our technician department, as well as leading set builds and installs. Responsibilities:Oversee build and install teams for our live shows and events. - Lead and assist a team of carpenters, scenic painters, and d--cor artisans. - Manage project timelines to ensure tasks are completed as scheduled. - Maintain the cleanliness and overall inventory of build shops and warehouse spaces. - Work with the supervisory team to schedule all associates on the Creative & Production Services teams. - Lead department training for new hire associates.
Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or older. - Resume with related experience/education in theatre and leadership required. - Must have a valid driver's license. - Must be able to lift fifty pounds. - Have a passion and excitement about Kings Dominion! - Love helping others and supporting the needs of our guests and associates. - Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds. - Good judgement and a commitment to safety. - Availability includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
