Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist, Leaves and
Accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
Consults on leave management processes, resolving escalated cases
and ensuring compliance with relevant laws
Reviews and recommends leave and accommodation options, engaging
with associates and partners throughout the process
Manages the return-to-work process and identifies areas for
improvement in leave and accommodation services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
3-5 years of relevant experience required
Knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and
ADAAA
Experience with long-term leave accommodations and transition work
assignments
Experience in leave and disability vendor management preferred
