Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Care Associate to
join their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert assistance to customers and colleagues by addressing
product questions and issues through ticket work and occasional
live interactions
Participate in project work to support company Objectives and Key
Results (OKRs)
Enable customers to maximize the value of products through timely
and personalized support interactions
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in customer/product support within a
technology company
Proven experience working directly with customers to ensure
satisfaction
Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Jira, or
HelpScout
Experience in writing internal and external help documentation
Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to
resolve issues
