Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Advocate Triage I
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Process and release a high volume of cases efficiently in a
fast-paced environment
Analyze received documents to ensure cohesive coverage support
Provide up-to-date information to Patient Advocate teams while
complying with CLIA and HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant
experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree
Knowledge of clinical lab systems and/or customer relationship
management (CRM) systems is a plus
Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and
Outlook
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
Capability to analyze details and ensure case completeness
