Job Description:
A company is looking for a REO Closing Coordinator who will
manage the loan closing process.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of finalizing the loan closing process
Prepare Title Bills and Alta Statement/CD in accordance with
service level agreements
Communicate with clients, borrowers, attorneys, and internal staff
to address inquiries and confirm closing details
Required Qualifications
1 to 5 years of experience in the real estate industry or vendor
management service
Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and
closings
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office
Proven customer service skills
