Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Team Lead - Medicare
Advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee onshore and offshore enrollment specialists and manage
discrepancy queues, RPC, LEP, and JIRA tickets
Assist in developing and reviewing policies to ensure compliance
with CMS regulations and improve workflows
Generate client reports, maintain inboxes, and provide coaching and
training to personnel
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in related fields such as process
improvement or health care policy
Thorough understanding of Medicare Advantage products and CMS
transaction files
Experience with CMS interfaces for managing Medicare Advantage
enrollment and billing
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Proficient in industry-standard PC applications (e.g., Access,
Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
