Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seasonal Group Operations Coordinator
to manage group reservations and provide administrative
support.
Key Responsibilities
Update room reservations, activity bookings, and meal
arrangements
Maintain professional communications and relay relevant information
to customers
Generate and review invoices for accuracy and process payments
Required Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of company systems including SMS-Host and
PMS
Background in inventory management and experience in the
hospitality/travel industry preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
workload
Highly motivated and self-sufficient, able to operate without close
supervision
Outstanding computer skills and ability to communicate technical
information effectively
