Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Travel Specialist to
facilitate professional and cost-effective travel arrangements for
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car rental) within
corporate travel guidelines
Ensure timely response to callbacks and emails, and maintain
ownership of travel records until departure
Stay informed on airline rules, regulations, and technology to
provide accurate travel arrangements
Required Qualifications
Minimum three (3) years of experience as a full-time travel agent,
booking domestic and international travel
Minimum three (3) years of strong knowledge of the Sabre
reservation system
Competency with all ticketing processes, including exchanges
Proficient with International Itineraries and rate structures
Knowledge of online booking tools preferred
