A company is looking for a Conditions Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex data and document validation
Troubleshoot third-party orders and handle complex
communications
Evaluate loan applications for compliance with guidelines and
regulations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a loan processor or Junior
Underwriter
Proven track record of delivering timely and accurate
information
Financial Services experience, preferably in the mortgage
industry
General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local
regulations
Demonstrated proficiency with computers and mainstream
applications
