A company is looking for a Foreman Helper - Pump Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Motivate and coach team members during projects
Create and execute project plans while delegating tasks to crew
members
Document project progress and maintain tools and supplies
Required Qualifications
Basic equipment knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Strong mechanical background, preferably in a similar industry
Proven leadership skills with a successful track record
Construction background
Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds
