Responsibilities:
--- Case Management: Assist attorneys with handling personal injury cases from intake to settlement or trial.
--- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
--- Medical Records & Evidence Collection: Obtain and organize medical records, police reports, and other case-related documents.
--- Drafting & Filing: Prepare demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
--- Negotiation Assistance: Help attorneys prepare settlement demands and negotiate with insurance companies.
--- Litigation Support: Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and preparing case materials.

Qualifications:
--- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred).
--- Education: Paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience in personal injury litigation.
--- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
--- Tech-Savvy: Experience with case management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
--- Bilingual (Preferred): Spanish fluency is a plus to better serve our diverse client base.
