Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Specialist to support the full
employee lifecycle in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to align people strategies with
organizational goals and enhance team performance
Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job descriptions,
interviews, and onboarding for staff and volunteers
Facilitate performance reviews, support staff development, and
manage employee relations and engagement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational
psychology, or management with seven years of HR experience or
equivalent combination; HR certification preferred
Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws, HR best practices, and
compliance
Experience across multiple HR disciplines, including benefits
administration and employee engagement
Proven ability to foster a dynamic team spirit in a remote working
environment
Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems and tools
