Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Experience (UI/UX) Manager
who will bridge the gap between UI/UX design and product
management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups while collaborating
with internal teams based on user feedback
Define product vision and maintain a prioritized backlog of
features in collaboration with product management
Act as a liaison between design, development, and product teams to
enhance user experience and facilitate workshops
Required Qualifications
Strong portfolio showcasing experience in UI/UX design for digital
products
Experience in agile environments with knowledge of backlog
management and sprint planning
Interest in AI advancements and their applications in design and
product functionalities
Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable
insights
Demonstrated ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams and
champion user-centric design
