Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Attorney (IV) to join
their team in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume caseload of immigration applications and
petitions
Draft, review, and revise legal documents and responses for filing
with USCIS
Conduct legal research and manage client relationships while
supervising paralegals
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a business immigration attorney
U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) and member of a state bar in good
standing
Ability to manage complex case strategies and understand intricate
immigration law concepts
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and immigration case
management systems
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
effectively
